Four steps to the complete communication (03 Sep 14)

This simple check-list will give you a far better chance of success with your written work


Here are two things you should be careful of. Don’t try to make the reader feel guilty. It kills interest immediately. Nobody likes feeling bad.

Secondly avoid hyperbole! You may believe something is “awesome” but if your audience doesn’t you will quickly lose them
