How to keep people reading what you have written (12 Aug 15)
Forget what your teacher told you: "And" is often used to start sentences in The Bible.
Your readers will use every opportunity to leave your message.
In fact everyone is looking for the exit. It’s nothing personal, it’s simply because people are busy and have better things to do than hang on your every word.
Every full stop is an invitation to stop reading. That’s why newspapers never put a full stop after a headline!
