A step by step guide to tendering a research project and choosing a consultant (23 Jun 13)

How do you make sure that when you select your researcher they meet the bill? And when you do how do you manage them to get the best out of them?


You only have one chance to get it right. Get it wrong and you waste resources, your time and that of the respondents, consultants - and your colleagues. Your findings will probably end up gathering dust on a shelf. Reputations will suffer.
