Whatever you’re trying to achieve in the community, you usually need to know two simple things:
1. Are things any better?
2. If things do get better, it’s tempting to assume that our efforts “caused” the improvement. But did they really? Maybe things were so bad they had to get better, even without anyone’s efforts. Maybe something else cau…
