Project charters (01 Sep 17)

Hereís a wonderfully simple way to manage your projects better

Youíll agree, Iím sure, that the secret of success in anything is, keep it simple.

Thatís why Iím equally sure youíll be keen to know about this easy way to keep your projects on track.

As I said, like all good ideas, itís very simple. Once you start using them youíll be hooked, because they make so much sense. You will never again start a project again without one.

A project charter defines goals, timeline, who is responsible for working on each part of the project,  how it will be funded. Getting an endorsement of the charter from anyone who provides funds and other resources, and anyone else with authority over what you plan to do is a good idea.

Hereís one here.

I hope you found what you just read of help.

PS If any of the topics that I write to you about interests you why not run an in house course on the topic? Email me at rod@rodlaird.co.uk or phone 01494 772 458.

PS I can't leave you without reminding you that An introduction to measuring social impact and social value runs at Euston, London on the 27 September 2017.
