Partnerships are only as good as the agencies within that partnership. We are very lucky here in Herefordshire to be under a single unitary authority. This allows is almost instant access to partnership agencies and practitioners, which enables us to put interventions into place without become embroiled in the various sub-groups and committees that other organisations have to answer to as part of multi-council agencies.
