5 ways of making your surveys more mobile friendly (20 Jan 15)

Mobile phones are not the same as other survey channels, so there are some things you are going to have to think about


Increasingly, the device of choice for many of your customers or service users to access the internet will be their mobile phone.

So be prepared that some of your survey participants will be reading your email invitation and attempting to respond to your survey on a very small screen without a mouse or a trackpad!
