Simple, but good advice
Community workers are notoriously bad at this.
Probably because they are so busy supporting community groups and having to think about others’ problems. This wouldn’t be bad if it weren’t that there is often no career structure for community workers, so you can easily get stuck in the one post if you are not careful.
