Its one thing to come up with new ideas about how tenants can get involved its quite another to make sure they really can (11 Jan 14)

How to train tenants in the new skills they are going to need to meet the policy changes in resident involvement

I am sure you are aware that there have huge changes afoot for what you train your tenants in and how you train them.

Just take these 5 things that your tenants could now be involved in at any one time:

 Undertaking inspections of their landlord
