We all complain that residents don’t participate more.
But when you think about it there are lots of pretty good reasons why.
For a start they often have to put up with constant staff turnover and changes in who is responsible for what. Hardly a recipe for quick wins – especially if staff themselves aren’t really clear about what is going on.
