The way the public communicate is changing so fast it’s almost incredible. It also means that the way they air their grievances about you is changing


Complaints can now quickly escalate into public humiliation for organizations - and importantly, your service users and customers know that.

Recent research by Fishburn Hedges has found that out of  2,000 UK adults 36% had recently used a social media platform to contact a big company.
