You know, I am sure, that work in tenant participation and community development is far from easy - and often downright frustrating.
One big problem is isolation. You often work alone, slightly detached from your organisation and colleagues. It’s tough being a self-starter - and you don’t always have the chance to pick up and share new ideas.
