Course and booking information

What time does the course start and finish?
We would like you to arrive by 9.45am as our courses start promptly at 10 o’clock. We will finish by 4.30pm.

If you do
arrive early
don’t worry as coffee, tea
and
newspapers are always available from 9.15am.

What’s the programme for the day?
The mid morning break is usually at 11.15am, lunch from 1pm to 1.45pm or 2pm and afternoon break at 3 or 3.15pm.

What happens if I am running late?
If you are running late for a course don’t worry and try to relax! We’ll get you a coffee or tea on your arrival, arrange for the tutor to spend time with you over lunch and make sure you don’t miss out on any course handouts.

Is lunch provided?
All our courses include a two course lunch and coffee and tea at the breaks.

I have a special dietary need?
Not a problem. If you have any special dietary needs please let us know what they are when you book and we’ll do our best to make sure they are met.

What should I wear?
There isn’t a particular dress code for our courses, so you should wear whatever you feel most comfortable in.

Can my organisation send a substitute delegate?
Not a problem. Simply let us know before the day of the course the new delegate’s details, including their name and job title. If you can’t do this, don’t worry, just turn up on the day and introduce yourself to our event staff.

What happens if I cancel my booking, or don’t attend on the day?
If you wish to cancel you should do so in writing 14 days prior to the training course and telephone to confirm that we have received your cancellation. For any cancellation thereafter a full 100% charge is always payable. If you don’t attend on the day for whatever reason you will be liable for the full course fee.

How does the £25 discount work?
You get discounts of £25 for two or more delegates when they are booked at the same time, no matter which course/s. If for example you book four delegates on any course/s the first delegate pays the full amount (plus VAT) and every other delegate has a £25 discount (plus VAT). They can either be booked on the same course or any other course.
