I would welcome a course on impact assessement. For example, what measures we can use to assess the quality of children's centre services/activities for families. We need to find an effective way to document the benefits that parents derive from accessing Sure Start services, from the families point of view. There needs to be a way to track families, probably through longitudinal studies, where we are able to evidence impact on the support they have received over a period of time.
