One of your trickiest problems solved
If you want to forecast what future demand might be for a service, it’s relatively (!) straightforward.
Assuming you have some data on current usage you can use that data to build a model that you use to forecast demand with.
By constructing a time series model you can break the forecast into different factors, identifying any influential factors that drive demand…
